Rules and Regulations

  1. Students must wear their I-card to enter school premises.
  2. Late-comers and those students who are not in proper neat and clean uniform may be sent back home. Minimum required attendance is 75%.
  3. Students should bring their text books and exercise books to school according to the given schedule.
  4. All the belongings of the pupils (including Uniform) should be marked with their names and classes in their own interest.
  5. Valuable articles and Mobile phones are not allowed in school premises and school is not responsible for any loss or damage to any such valuable in school. Such articles, if found in student’s possession, will be confiscated.
  6. Due to security measures no belongings, no lunch box or other eatables will be accepted, after the ward has entered the school premises.
  7. The Parents/Guardians of the pupil are liable to pay or replace any damage of the school property without any delay/dispute.
  8. Parents/Guardians must arrange to pick-up their wards in time. The school shall not be held responsible for the safety of the pupil after school hours.
  9. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to visit teachers in the classes. The Principal/ School Incharge should be contacted for arranging a meeting or for any help/ clarification. Meeting with teachers may be arranged on the 1 st, 3rd and 4th working Saturdays with the prior appointment.
  10. Politeness and courtesy, softness of speech and good conduct on the part of the students/teachers should be inculcated besides cleanliness of dress and personal hygiene.
  11. Abusive language, shouting and screaming are not allowed in school premises.
  12. A month’s notice is required by school before the withdrawal of a student/any facility/service (like Bus etc.) or one month’s fee in lieu thereof.
  13. The School Leaving Certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued only after clearing all school dues and by paying nominal charges for the issuance of School Leaving Certificate.
  14. The school reserves the right to resign the charge of those students whose progress or conduct is unsatisfactory.

To avoid any inconvenience and face any disciplinary action on the student the parents must ensure that –

  1. The school fees/ dues must be paid well-in-time.
  2. The student should not remain absent (without sanction of leave from the principal) for ten (10) or more consecutive days.
  3. The student must perform well in all the class/school based tests or UTs or examinations and scores well above 33% marks (and / or as per school /CBSE examination criteria) for all the individual subjects, to quality and get eligible for promotion to the next class.
  4. The student must always show and exhibit proper conduct, behaviour and discipline in and around school and strictly follows and adheres to school’s / local administration’s / CBSE’s rules and regulations, as directed and amended from time-to-time.

Birthday Rules

  1. The birthday boy/girl will come to school in school uniform.
  2. Parents are requested not to visit the school bringing cakes and goodies.
  3. A pack of sweets may be sent along with the child to share with the class.
  4. Birthday parties will not be allowed in the school.
