Instructions for Registration

Limited forms available for all campuses.
One person is entitled to get only one form per class.
Purchase/ Procurement of Regn./ Application form doesn’t give any right to admission. The admission is subject to vacancy and fulfilment of the applicable conditions.
Kindly check the availability of Transport for your area before procuring the form from school website (innocenthearts.in).
Incomplete form or form with incorrect information or documents, in any respect, will not be accepted.

Attach the Self-attested/ Attested copies of the following:

Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation Office.
Copy of Aadhaar Card of Parents and Child to be admitted for Generating APAAR ID. For a student joining/transferring from any other formal school, the APAAR ID of the child.
Copy of Degree/Certificate of Father’s Highest Qualification.
Copy of Degree/Certificate of Mother’s Highest Qualification.
Copy of Vaccination/Immunization Card of the child to be admitted.(as applicable)
Copy of Caste Certificate, as applicable.
Four (04) Passport size Photographs of Child to be admitted.
Two (02) Passport size Photographs each of Father and Mother.
Two (02) copies of postcard size Photographs of Family with the Child to be admitted. (Applicable for Pre-Primary Classes)
For the enrolments to grade LKG & higher, Academic/Result Cards (with year’s details) for the last grade/three Grades/Classes attended, as applicable.
Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.)/School Leaving Certificate (SLC) duly endorsed, as applicable.
PEN Number of student registered in UDISE portal and Left/Transfer Certificate (e-TC) from that portal, issued and signed from the previous school.

Note: The Original Documents can be called for their verification, as and when required, during the admission process.

Form Procurement	Online	December 02, 2024 (09:00 am) onwards
Submission of Form	Online	December 02 to 04, 2024. Please fill the form completely as per the given instructions. Forms can be filled in through DESKTOP/computer. (Download and use ADOBE ACROBAT READER 6.0 & above) Please also upload supporting documents individually. All the documents should be clear and readable. All the messages will be sent on mobile no. given for communication.
Next Procedure	Offline	The presence of the child along with the parents will be mandatory for the next procedure.
Result/Admission List	Online\Offline	Carefully read the list along with all the instructions.
Admission after physical form checking and Admission Fees Deposition	Offline	Complete form will be checked and verified with original documents, if found any false statements/discrepancy the form will be rejected and candidature will be cancelled.
