Instructions for Registration

Limited forms available for all campuses.
Kindly check the Transport availability in your area before procuring the form. (for Nursery to UKG)
One person is entitled to get only one form per class.
Purchase/ Procurement of Regn./ Admission form doesn’t give any right to admission. The admission is subject to vacancy and fulfilment of conditions.
Incomplete form or form with incorrect information, in any respect, will not be accepted.

Attach the Self-attested/ Attested copies of the following:

Two (02) copies of postcard size Photographs of Family with the Child to be admitted.
Three (03) Passport size Photographs of the Child to be admitted.

Note: The Original Documents can be called for their verification, as and when required, during the admission process.

Form Procurement	Online	December 02, 2024 (09:00 am) onwards
Submission of Form	Online	December 02 to 04, 2024. Please fill the form completely as per the given instructions. Forms can be filled in through DESKTOP/computer. (Download and use ADOBE ACROBAT READER 6.0 & above) Please also upload supporting documents individually. All the documents should be clear and readable. All the messages will be sent on mobile no. given for communication.
Next Procedure	Offline	The presence of the child along with the parents will be mandatory for the next procedure.
Result/Admission List	Online\Offline	Carefully read the list along with all the instructions.
Admission after physical form checking and Admission Fees Deposition	Offline	Complete form will be checked and verified with original documents, if found any false statements/discrepancy the form will be rejected and candidature will be cancelled.
